This week is Thanksgiving in America, if we were still living over there we’d be knee deep in menus, shopping lists, boxes of decorations and a Black Friday wish list. Although I celebrated 15 Thanksgivings over there, I never really embraced it fully. Sure, it was nice to get a 4 day weekend in the lead up to Christmas and the whole country suddenly becomes decorated with lights and sparkle which really is magical. However,the whole purpose of Thanksgiving is to eat lots of food and acknowledge all the things in your life that you’re thankful for…so maybe I do celebrate it quite often!
Monday – Bolognese Pasta Bake
Tuesday – Pork Casserole, Mash, Veg
Wednesday – Pie, Chips, Veg
Thursday – Caribbean Chicken Stew, Rice, Naan
Friday – Sausages, Mash, Veg
Saturday – Take Away Treat
Sunday – Roast Chicken
Sweets & Treats – Chocolate Chunk Muffins
